Hi Shane:

CM-7000PAL DVR sounds like a great box. I was wondering is there a way to upgrade the box so that you can record multiple channels at the same time?

Ritz,

This is a great question. Standard, the box enables you to record two programs simultaneously. The stipulation however is that your TV must be tuned in on one of the two programs for it to record both shows.

It is unlikely that an upgrade will be available allowing you to record more than two Channels.

I hope this helps!

Will you be able to hook up an external hard drive to increase its storage?

Jonathan,

At this point the box will not be compatible with external hard drive integrations.
